One of the most difficult questions is what to charge? Do I give big discounts to get my first
customers? Being the low-cost provider is a plan to go broke. So how do I maximize income
without jeopardizing the future of my business? Learn:

  • The answer is part science and part gut feel; there are no perfect answers so
  • The thought process you need to find the right number. It will not be perfect;
  • Everyone must experiment a bit and learn from the market.
  • It doesn’t have to be overly complicated

Sue Sung

Sue Sung is a strategic leader with over 25 years of experience across a diverse range of industries, organization types (private, nonprofit, public), and company life stages. Most recently she was part of the senior executive team for a multibillion dollar global live events company. Sue also founded and ran her own consulting firm that served corporate, investor, and nonprofit clients. Sue holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA with distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. She is currently studying Chinese to improve her fluency which is at an intermediate level. Ms. Sung resides in Carlisle, Massachusetts.
